Ask for help and love of the Father – the Mother of God, the Source of life and the unconditional love of all that exists, our dear Mother Earth.
Breathe slowly and exhale. Pass on all your worries or thoughts to God, the Source of unconditional love and life.
Breathe and give and pass everything to God and fill yourself with a feeling of peace and tranquility.
You are calm, rest and your breathing is slow.
Focus on your heart, the particular part of your chest, imagine how energy flows from the Source of the Father – the Mother of Creator through the crown chakra directly into your heart. You feel as if something is opening. You feel slight pressure and, at the same time, peace. In your mind or aloud, say, “I am in a pure and perfect vibrational frequency of gratitude,” and breathe slowly.
Source energy fills your heart with energy and gratitude.
At the same time, imagine the energy of Mother Earth flowing into your heart. Mother Earth and the Source of Life fills your heart with energy and gratitude. Your heart is filled with the energy of gratitude and love, radiating from you to the surroundings and expands more and more to tens to hundreds of meters.
Thank for the little things, as well as for everything you have. Thank for the generosity, love, peace, nature around you, for having enough of everything and enough material things, and for the experience, you have had.
Thank also for what you want and desire. If you want new things, thank for having them already by now. If you want love or a partner, thank now for having it in the future. Just thank for everything and you will get everything.
Thank sincerely and out of pure love, fill your whole heart with gratitude and love, and on the contrary, it will fill your life with everything you desire and wish for. You are the creator of your life and you can get whatever you desire or wish to have. Anything.

You can stop meditating at any time. I recommend meditating gratitude every day, preferably 2 times a day for at least 15-30 minutes.
Be grateful always, throughout the day, not just during meditation. Be aware of every moment in your life, every moment present, and be grateful for it.
